Mr. Herndon is responsible for facilitating the new Steelhead Residential online mortgage business, including prospecting new loan business, and supporting loan processing activities. Mr. Herndon is also responsible for the day-to-day loan origination in the office, including compliance with our stable of capital sources. Mr. Herndon has over twenty five years in real estate, including sales, investment, and management experience.
A graduate of the University of California (Berkeley), John lives in San Francisco with his wife of 22 years, and their three children. John enjoys foreign travel, long drives with the family, and fine tuning his golf game at the Presidio.
