The 20 year absolute net lease provides fixed increases every 5 years. The Corporate owned and operated Jack in the Box is located across from a large retail power center anchored by a Raley's grocery store in the affluent community of Granite Bay in Placer County, California.
A. Sean Aguilar, CCIM, provided the advisory services and was responsible for procuring the replacement property, negotiating the purchase and sale and facilitating the closing. The Buyer elected to use an IRS 1031Exchange and closed in 15 days.
