Steelhead Capital, Inc. represented the San Francisco Bay Area Family Trust in its acquisition of a newly constructed single tenant property net leased to Walgreens in Bakersfield California. The property sold on an all cash basis and is part of one of two 1031 exchange properties for the family trust.
The newly developed building in shadowed anchored by an Albertson anchored shopping center with retailers such as Wal-Mart and Target in the trade area. The Sellers is a merchant builder for Walgreens and has worked with Steelhead Capital for more than 7 years.
